At Orion's Table, our glassware is born from artistic ingenuity, meticulously designed at home base in Tucson, Arizona. We strive blend form and function, culminating in designs that captivate. These visions are then transformed into reality by our esteemed artisans in Tonalá, Mexico, where centuries-old glassblowing traditions breathe life into every piece.

Our glassware is made from a glassblowing tradition born in the heart of Mexico and carried on for centuries.

It all starts in a open fire kiln, where bits of glass from recycled soda bottles and various other containers are melted down under extreme heat and blown into a hollow bulb.

As the glass materials begin to melt and fuse, they become malleable, and that’s where our incredible artisans step in— shaping, sculpting, infusing their artistic eye to create these one-of-a-kind functional pieces of artwork.

Yes, we prioritize both style and practicality. Our glassware is crafted with durability for everyday use, and dishwasher safe. However, we do recommend using the top-shelf for added care and suggest allowing glasses to cool before adding cold liquids.

Nope! Our handcrafted glassblowing process ensures quality strength and durability in every glass. While they aren't break-proof, they are designed to withstand typical clinks and clunks without chipping or shattering and do not scratch easily. With proper handling and care, our glasses are built to last.

While our glassware is crafted for durability and packaged with care to ensure safe delivery, accidents can happen during transit. If your order arrives with any breakage or damage, please reach out to us via our chat box or email. Our Damage-Free Guarantee is part of our commitment to your satisfaction. We'll promptly send you a free replacement to make it right.

We ensure that your order will arrive damage-free or we will happily replace any damaged product at no extra cost to you. Simply contact us using the chat box or via email and your replacements will be promptly shipped free of charge.

Shipping, Returns, & Exchanges Policy

We strive to ensure that all products arrive in perfect condition. However, sometimes things get extra bumby en route. Should any glasses arrive damaged or broken, simply reach out to our dedicated customer support team via chat box, email: info@oriontrading.com, or phone: 877-722-6588, and we'll swiftly replace them for you at no additional cost. Please be prepared to provide a picture of the damaged goods to ensure a more seamless replacement process. Your satisfaction is our priority.

We offer a flat shipping rate of $9.95 for a standard product + $5 for any additional items in your order. Please note that certain oversized items may be subject to additional shipping charges. Items are expected to arrive within 3-5 business days of order receipt via FedEx Standard Ground Delivery. If your order is placed on a weekend, please allow an additional 1-2 days for order processing. A tracking number will be sent to you promptly via email once your order is processed.  We currently offer shipping only within the continental United States, excluding Hawaii and Alaska.

If any product is damaged in the shipping process, just notify us by email within 7 days at info@oriontrading.com, or reach out via chat box or phone at 877-722-6588, and we will arrange to ship you a replacement ASAP. Please be prepared to provide a picture of the damaged item for a more seamless exchange process.

Requests for refunds & returns must be made within 30 days of the ship date. The item you want to return or exchange must be returned unused, in the condition in which it arrived and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact customer service via chat box, phone (877-722-6588), or email (info@oriontrading.com) and we will provide instructions for how to proceed. Please note that we do offer free exchanges & replacements, but do NOT offer free returns. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (which is typically stored in our system for ease of access). 

Once your return processed and we are provided with a valid tracking number, we will process your refund and a confirmation will be emailed. Once processed, the refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days. If your refund doesn't appear within your account within that timeframe, please feel free to reach out via chat box or email info@oriontrading.com and we will work to resolve the matter ASAP.

At Orion Trading, precision is our promise. We meticulously process each order, ensuring accurate specifications and pristine conditions upon delivery.

In the rare event of an error on our part resulting in the wrong item, we will swiftly exchange it at no extra cost to you.

If you desire to exchange for a different product, we do offer complimentary shipping for the new item, but please be aware that you may incurr additional costs for return shipping. If their is a price difference between the two items, we will either refund or charge the remaining balance.
